Paper rose folded from genuine 1923 German two-million Deutschmark banknotes, displayed in a white box frame, 25cm x 25cm
VNT-BNK-RS
One-Off Piece£40.00
An unusual and decorative talking-point piece: a classic cabbage rose shape folded from 8 genuine antique German banknotes. The notes are Zwei (Two) Million Deutschmark notes dated 1923, from the height of Germany's hyperinflation — meaning this single rose represents 16 million marks, equivalent to roughly £6–7 million had the currency remained in use. Presented in a white or black box frame, 25cm x 25cm. A one-off piece; each rose is handmade and unique, so may vary slightly from the images shown.
